Derrick Rose (knee surgery) "could be just weeks away from practicing," a source tells the Chicago Sun-Times.
There are reasons to be skeptical about this report. The way it's written, Rose's return to on-court action is "still up in the air," and although it states Rose "could" return to practice in "just weeks," there is also a possibility that doesn't happen. There has been nothing to suggest that Rose will be back before the All-Star break, and he remains targeting a return between February and March.

Love già la scorsa stagione aveva espresso il suo desiderio di andare in una squadra da Playoff ... per come gioca sul campo ne ha anche tutto il diritto del mondo .. personalmente lo ritengo il 4 più forte in NBA ad oggi.
Però di certo le sue dichiarazioni sono molto molto fuori luogo .. Minnesota non sarà mai una contender probabilmente .. ma hanno messo su una bella squadretta con dei margini di miglioramento abbastanza notevoli... manca ancora Rubio e la squadra comunque è al 50 %. Secondo il mio modesto parere queste erano dichiarazioni da fare tra 6/7 mesi se i wolves non fossero andati ai playoff .. di certo non adesso. Perchè questa poca gratitudine la gente se la ricorda ... la proprietà gli ha dato il massimo salariale ( stupido lui a firmare prima dell'ASG .. ora avrebbe il quinquennale di Griffin ) e gli ha messo attorno una squadra forte ( Rubio,Shved,Kiria,Pekovic ..) e lui è la bandiera della squadra ... cosa vuoi di più ?? Diavolo ha 24 anni .. per andare a LA c'è una carriera .. concordo .. I LOVED this game.. -

Andrea Bargnani, sidelined by a ligament tear in his right elbow, is "a lock" to be traded, a source close to the situation told ESPN.com
Before anything can happen, Bargnani has to get healthy, which remains a waiting game. He was expected to miss at least three weeks with the injury, but that time frame lapsed this week. We'll let you know if we hear anything regarding his elbow, but it sounds like any return to Toronto won't last long.
Kings owners Joe and Gavin Maloof remain reluctant to part with troubled DeMarcus Cousins despite his recent suspension for arguing with coach Keith Smart, according to ESPN.com.
Although the Maloofs may be hesitant, the Kings would have suitors if they chose to move on from DMC, who looked pretty unhappy in Friday's game against the Knicks. Front-office sources told ESPN.com the Celtics and Pistons, among others, would be interested in dealing for the mercurial big man if he became available. The Cousins trade rumors are sure to only get louder as the trade deadline approaches and in the end, a trade might be best for both parties.. -

Veramente una brutta tegola per Kobe a per LA... di solito quel tipo di infortunio richiede 6/12 mesi di riabilitazione.... Certo che, va bene la lotta per un posto nei PO, ma farlo giocare così tanto in queste ultime due settimane era proprio necessario? .
